Get more staff to answer phones at the Klondike .

Last time I waited an hour and a half, getting punted from the IVR at one point, before the call was answered.

Today I have been on for an hour and a half (punted once). Both times I called "you are caller number 4". This is unacceptable to have about 4 front end staff with that many doctors.

You wonder why the Yellow pages reviews have you rated at 2.2/5 Almost all of the complaints are front desk related. No appointments available on the online booking, you won't take walk ups and you don't answer the phones. Someone needs to look up customer service in the dictionary.

The doctors and staff at ActiveCare are very helpful and caring. I am among the many people in Ottawa with no family GP and use the walk in clinic in Carlingwood mall. Thank you for all your wonderful care. Activecare is much better than the other walk in clinics in the area.
