The receptionist changed my appointment and never called. They then tried to charge me for the missed appointment. I know they didn't call because when my home line rings it will also forward to my cell phone. This has happened before too, but luckily the changed appointment was in the future.

Many times I have had to wait 30mins to an hour after my appointment started for my turn. My time is money too you know.

The receptionist has been rude in the past. I think she is their biggest problem.
