After three weeks... still no blood test results. Have called and implored them to send results to family doctor of whom they have the number and the permission to contact...and still nothing. Utterly gobsmacked by the cavalier attitude this clinic has shown a person with a potential killer disease.

I visited this clinic first thing in the morning. Line out the door before it even opened. All the staff were great. In and out in 1:10 minutes. Better than my own doctor's office.

Ever since they moved down the road their service sucks!! How is this possible when seriously they moved less than a block away?!? What happened? They used to be the quickest in Barrie now it takes you 20 mins to register if your lucky I really don't get it??!

After waiting an hour and a half,coughing up lots of green mucus along with intense sinus pressure, a Dr Ku told me to go home and take some tylenol.
Iam a 52 year old male that does NOT like to take prescription medicine unnecessarily. I am a sound engineer and fear ear infections, as these can damage hearing permanently. When I feel intense sinus pressure and produce green mucus, I have learnt from my past, an infection is taking over.
Tylenol does not work well with me for one, and DOES NOT get rid of infection.
This trip to the clinic for myself was a complete waste of time and tax payer money.

The physicians are excellent. The nursing and clerical staff are great........ but the Diagnostic services are awful
