We had an awesome experience with Tuff Shed. Andrew Carley was extremely easy to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable about the things we needed taken care of. They also have a premium product that is hard to beat. Looked around and did not find the steel frame that they use available anywhere else.

Love my new shed. The sales guy Robert Sheridan was friendly and super helpful. Alex who put my shed up came when he said he would. He put my shed up in a matter of a few hours was fast. It was built well and I'm very happy with the product. They answered all my questions and always prompt with responses. I would recommend Tuff Sheds to anyone interested in a new shed.

We met Robert with Tuff Shed at a nearby Home Show. We'd been looking at sheds for awhile through Lowes and Home Depot and Robert made the decision easy to go with Tuff Shed. He helped with making decisions and was refreshingly responsive to questions and such through texts. We're outside G.R. I liked dealing with a shed company rather than a big name general hardware type store. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the builders left shims under the shed that I didn't understand and didn't leave the paint that they were supposed to. I had to call a few times about the shims and to get the paint. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the shed looks great.

I spoke to Robert Sheridan at the Grand Rapids Tuff Shed location. He helped with quote, design, and scheduling. Robert did a fine job.

The install team was amazing and had the shed built and painted in a day once I had a good base for them to work with.

The shed door is what sold me on the shed over most others in the market. Also the poor ratings of other installers.

The installers Tuff Shed were experienced professionals and very personable!

The only criticism I have is some poor lumber was used in the framing, but the builders were able to work around most.

I have been too busy to send Robert pictures of 2nd rate boards, but he assured me they would be replaced.

Overall great shed, communication and installation. These sheds are a bit on the pricey side. I was able to accept the price for the timing, delivery/installation and the doors being significantly better than any on the market!

After having a Tuff Shed installed at my home in Troy, I knew that's what I needed for my cottage in Roscommon. Robert Sheridan and Tuff Shed Grand Rapids made the whole process quick and easy. The whole Tuff Shed team was excellent to work with, from designing the shed with Robert, to scheduling the build and delivery with Cindy Bogaert, and the team of installers that showed up right on time, had the shed up before I knew it, and cleaned the work area like they were never there. I would highly recommend Robert's Tuff Shed Grand Rapids store for anyone that needs a well built, high quality storage shed.
