On a dark stormy afternoon during a noreaster I entered the Xfinity Store located in Mayslanding New Jersey. I was soaking wet, exhausted, overwhelmed and felt completely hopeless. I had been trying to get my cable/internet line replaced that was ripped down in the night by this storm. I had been on the phone endlessly with false promises from people that take calls for Xfinity from all over the world. I was not getting anywhere. Thats when I took a chance and hopped in the car in the bad weather and went to Mayslanding Xfinity. At the front desk as I entered was a young man and young lady. Desperately I explained what I was going through. The young man opened up his laptop and got to work diligently. As he was typing he kept looking up reassuring me that he will do what it takes to help me. After about 10 minutes, he explained to me what kept happening. People taking the calls, were putting the tickets in incorrectly, and that he changed the service ticket completely to reflect what needed to be done, again looking up from the computer screen to keep eye contact and give me assurance. He gave me his card with the ticket number on the back and said that he would check in with me the next day. He did. And the technician showed up and I finally have service. If it were not for this man, I would probably never have service again. With Xfinity.
His name is Tye Batzel, Assistant Store Manager.
And I must say, he was so proficient, professional and caring at the same time.
I wish that other stores and organizations had some Tyes working for them, then again...service he provided is very rare.

It's clean, updated and lots of informative associates to help/guide you. Some places you go and they have 1 person working the store, so if someone is there b4 you, then you are waiting up to an hour to be helped! But, at this location they had plenty of workers to assist you. Absolutely love that

Big shout out to Gabriela( Gaby) she helped me pay the bill , had great customer service being was friendly. She also helped me resolve my many questions and made sure I left the store being a happy customer !! If you go in I definitely recommend getting Gaby’s help!

This is the worst store I've ever been to. I made an appointment for 2:30 & when I arrived they said to wait & they would call me up. I've been here for over an hour now. I've seen 7 or 8 people walk in off the streets & they're all getting called up & helped before me. I got a text AN HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME that I'd been "checked in" & they'd "be with me shortly". As you read, this I'm still waiting to be called up.
