I found the receptionist to be very rude and was surprised by her behavior. I requested that she wait at least 10 minutes so I could explain why my wife will be getting a call from the doctor, and she had the doctor call right away in spite of my request. She also spoke to me in a condescending tone. Me and my family will not be returning to this walk-in clinic and I will recommend that others avoid the clinic as well. In case this complaint makes its way to the management, the receptionist, an older lady, needs to be coached in basic customer service standards.
