Gabriel went above and beyond in helping me with my home insurance questions- he went to a lot of trouble and time and walked me through the whole process so quickly and professionally! He was a fountain of information and kindly helped me each step of the way- I was thrilled when it worked out that I could come on board with State Farm bc having an agent like him will be such a breath of fresh air after dealing with my other insurance company and my nightmare of a mortgage company. I was sorry the quote for my car was so high bc would have loved to have bundled everything with State Farm, But i was thrilled with the more than reasonable quote for my home insurance! Besides the great quote- Gabriel's kindness and professionalism really helped me decide on state farm. Sandra- who answered the phone and also helped answer questions from previous insurance company so i could make sure their insurance was cancelled right away- even though i know Gabriel had already sent everything through right away- I didnt trust the previous company to end their insurance right away- hence the follow up call- Sandra is so sweet and helpful- Thanks to both of them!

The Worst Type of Business. I got a quote from Christian I wanted to proceed and he wouldnt call back. Unprofessional Staff, everybody in there Lies. Dont do business with these people. You ask for manager they wouldnt connect you. They back each other up to cover their 0 knolwedge about Insurance Business. Stay Away from this place, Horrible

Don’t ever go with this agent never less State Farm . They suck all together . I had a claim in March they totaled my truck it’s in there possession with title and keys and I asked for a revised bill and the revised bill comes higher without the vehicle and I called them over 2 weeks ago and now they are telling me I still have to wait another 2 days . They took money out that was not suppose to be taken out when the bill was supposed to to go down and the bill went up after removing a car. They don’t explain anything . Never use State Farm talking to an agent is like talking to a brick wall
