I have tried for three weeks to change beneficiaries on an IRA account. Twice, I've spelled out the first, middle, and last names to be used. Today (4 Jan 23) I received paperwork (dated 28 Dec 22) to sign and a name was misspelled. Each time I call I'm told the person to make the change is not in the office. Each time I get an apology - this is not acceptable.
