I have bought many tiles from this store over the past years. The last time we bought tiles from them was this year in August. A couple of days ago I have nicely asked them if I can return just a part of them because we changed the renovation plan. It was a bit over 30 days since we bought them. They said NO, we cannot return them. I even told them I am happy if they take a re-stock fee of 15%, 20% or whatever. Still NO.
Well, I am very disappointed I will make sure whoever asks me about this store I will say clearly STAY AWAY, find another store that cares about their customers!

I agree with the reviews this place gets. The staff is just ALWAYS ready to help. Yes, they get very busy and you may feel a bit neglected if you are there at peak time without an appointment but its just because they really do help the customers they are serving.
AMY is a gem. She does what she promises - she calls back. I dont know how they get the customer experience so right but hats off to the owners, managers and most of all the front-line persons who add value to our tile-shopping experience.
I love that the store is in Mississauga because I Looooove mississauga!

I just saw the charity aspect of the review. WOW! amazing feature. Another "A" for this company!

The staff is very friendly, very professional. John, Francis and Amy are really helpful,dedicated and with a high level of customer service. We were treated with respect and kindness. We were impressed with the time they spent with us. They are committed to their jobs and take in care customers' needs with attention and accuracy.

I was totally impressed with Factory Tile Depot. Not only was it by far the most selection in tiling possiblity that I came across(and trust me I had done a lot of travelling looking forthe right tiles). The prices were extremely reasonable. Also found a gem of a staff member named Amy who was knowledgable and patient. She thinks "outside the box" and knows her products and where they suit the best. Only draw back is the delivery times are not on time (but have found this problem with most tile shops) Overall would highly recommend Factory Tile Depot and look forward to working with them again on my next project

I would like to comment on the exceptional customer service that I received from Dan and Amy while replacing my countertop and adding a back splash to my kitchen.There was a problem ,no fault of theirs, and this was taken care of very efficiently by them.I will certainly recommend them and the store to all my family and friends.

I am Interior designer. I buy a lot tiles from Factory tile depot. I think their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They exceed my expectation every time I am there. If anybody is looking to do renovation in their Kitchen or bathroom, please at least visit tile depot once. You will be glad you did.

Factory Tile Depot is my first and only choice for tiles. Their selection, service and knowledge are superior! Their sales staff determine your needs, taste and style, and then recommend exactly what you never knew you were looking for! Their expertise turned what I feared would be an endless,indecisive hunt into a pleasure that took under an hour. I would never even consider going anywhere else.

Great selection with good sized samples to take home for trial. Price at this store is not the lowest in the marketplace but if you book an appointment with Amy you will not be disappointed with her product knoweledge and design suggestions. She is an invaluable resource but would recommend that you call ahead and book an appointment with her as the shop gets pretty busy at times. We couldn't be happier with our finished reno, thanks in a big way to Amy.

I will only shop at Factory Tile Depot! After visiting 4 different tile stores, Factory Tile offered the widest selection and the most helpful staff. Amy Mereles gave us great tips on design and had alot of knowledge about installation. A great, easy home renovating buying experience.

I recently purchased travertine tile for a home reno project from Factory Tile Depot and will buy again in the near future. The staff was friendly, not pushy and helped to make the buying experience one to rememeber. Great selection of tiles, both for the floor and the back splash. The best display of back splash tiles I have seen. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and don't mind answering lots of questions about the use of different materials. The styles displayed range from traditional to very modern and unique.
They gave us lots of tips about installation too.

Great selection for everyone, from classic to funky...staff is great...you have to catch one and hold on to them though! Been to many different, big tile stores in Toronto and always go back there! BTW - They let you borrow samples at a low cost so the possibilites are endless!
