This is our second roof replacement with Granite Basin (two different homes). They are always very professional and do a great job from Haley in the office, to Jamie that does the bookkeeping to the roofers themselves. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Granite Basin Roofing. Greg came out on a Tuesday looked at my roof that needed A new clay piece that Had fallen off and had broke. It was a small job and sometimes companies don’t want to be bothered with small jobs. Thursday morning it was already being installed. That has to be the fastest anybody has come out to my house and repaired something. Thank you so much for being so nice and so efficient. I will highly recommend you when someone wants roofing done. Greg came out for an estimate. We picked them for a 2nd opinion regarding some damage the wind caused. The first co estimate fit within the expectations of what the ins co estimated (but wasn't worth the claim) - at any rate - Greg checked it out and saw what the real bottom line was and offered to take care of it right then for what was a much more reasonable cost for what we now knew was the issue. We were super impressed. The call to schedule was handled very well by the girl who answers the phone and Greg showed up when expected and called when he was on the way. Wouldn't hesitate to call Granite Basin Roofing if we needed roof stuff done in the future.

Hired Granite Basin to repair a leak in my roof which failed to fix the problem. The owner Greg came back out to re-evaluate the situation and provided little to no direction or recommendations to remedy the problem. I got the clear impression that he was un-interested in job, and informed me that the cost of the failed repair was non-refundable because the repair was based on his best guess of the problem.

Granite Basin's staff and front office were fantastic - very professional and kind. However, as the face of the organization and business, Greg gave me the impression that he didn't know what the cause of my leak was and that it wasn't worth his time to actually pursue it and deliver the high-quality result that they tout. Furthermore, he imbued little to no concern over the fact that he might lose my business over this issue.

I hired Granite Basin due to their reviews and recommendations from a few personal colleagues. Their promptness in response and kindness of the front office gave me confidence in their work. The failure of Greg to stand by the work of his business, to reinforce my confidence in his product, and to actually care about earning my business is what drove me to produce this review.

I am a small business owner and have complications and failed results from time to time - we all do - we're human. I try my best to stand by my decisions and work, and do everything possible to remedy what I can. My impression of Granite Basin Roofing is that their decision to fully deliver on a job is dependent on how much they want the job, and whether or not it is worth their time.

I would recommend another roofing contractor for any repairs.
