.My husband had bought me a clock for Christmas and it quit working.We took it back to where we bought it and we were told we were out of luck because my husband had lost the bill.I phoned Ergo Industries to see if we could order the part and try to fix it because it is a beautiful clock.The girl told me to send the clock to them witch I did.To- day the clock was delivered to my door . You made my day Ergo Industries,you not only make beautiful clocks but you sure know how to take care of your customers. Thank you so much Marlene O'donnell
