I don't write a ton of these reviews, but I wanted to call out the outstanding service I received from Jeston (hope I spelled that right) on 2 visits to Spectrum in the last week. Long story short, I ordered 2 refurbished iphones on ebay (from a reputable seller) and both turned out to be locked in one way or the other. After a very frustrating experience with a rude Spectrum Corporate Customer Service Rep, I decided to visit the store In Clermont. Jeston greeted us as we entered the store and took the time to listen to the problem we had, he researched the issue in the system and explained what was going on and provided a couple solutions. We were able to find a good deal on a brand new iphone direct from Spectrum with a $100 trade in rebate, which nets out to be cheaper than the one I bought used. No pressure to change plans or upgrade. The new phone arrived in 2 days and we were able to activate it immediately from home. Thanks Jeston for the amazing customer service!!

I also had a really bad experience at the store in which Jeston, the customer service rep taking care of me, raised his voice and while I was talking said: I’m going to put an end to this right here… way to go to the hiring manager, what a jewel you have at the store. No help offered at all just a big shut down. Marcus on the other end, he was a charm, really helpful. I’m not a rate believer but do yourself a favor and just wait for a different rep at this store.

Had a great experience with Katty in Customer Support! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even provided helpful information beyond what I had asked, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Katty, for going above and beyond and making the whole experience so easy and pleasant. I had an outstanding experience at the Spectrum Store thanks to Seebert Morgan. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs.

Seebert took the time to clearly explain my options without rushing or pushing unnecessary services. He was extremely knowledgeable about Spectrum’s products and made what could have been a confusing process feel simple and straightforward. What really stood out was his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was in order and that I left feeling satisfied.

It’s rare to find customer service at this level these days, and Seebert truly sets the standard. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for him you’ll be in great hands!

I had to return a router. It was a very positive experience. I was expecting a problem reading some reviews on Google. My experience was quite different. The employees were very helpful and after the return gave me a receipt with the serial number of the returned router. No problem, nice people!
