Schedule an appointment to start service, took the day off work so I could be at my appointment, confirmed my appointment the day before, and an hour after the start of my schedule appointment started I got a text message saying that I had been rescheduled to next week and that I'd have to take another day off. I'd rather stay with spectrum for now and then move to ALLO when it's offered in my area. I have yet to have a good experience with CenturyLink at any time over the last 10 years. Typical service from this company.

Horrible customer service. They never showed up when I had an appointment for 2 days in a row. They never called, texted or emailed me explaining why.

I have tried for 5 hours today to resolve a dispute and all I got was passed from person to person and nothing got resolved. Never deal with them, they do not help you. Still billing me for service I never had.

If you have a problem, it's impossible to contact them to resolve it. They tell you that you can get live chat for help, well you can't!
