API was my very first alarm company I had ever used in life. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this alarm company in the future. The reason I am not using this alarm company now is that the was sold and now reside in an apartment. The service I received if there was a minor problem was taken care in a timely matter, which was a great relief. I felt very confident that the alarm did help with a piece of mind attitude. Knowing I could leave the house anytime or go to sleep at night without any worries was great. Please do not hesitate to consider this alarm company if you are in need of a reliable alarm company who cares for their clients. The office staff is very efficient and knowledgeable with customers, alarm systems or any other concerns there may be.

From beginning to end, the technician did an exceptional job, answering all of my questions and showing me how to use the phone to set my alarm. I feel safe knowing that when I am home with my baby, I am protected.

The staff at api are very friendly and professional. Unlike many alarm companies, they know what they are talking about!
They are also one of the few alarm companies with their own monitoring station which ensures the best service. I have been with api for 10 years and will never use anyone else.
