Acupuncture is also very effective at treating internal disorders like allergies and indigestion, as well as emotional stress--anything that may be holding you back from being your absolute best.I was trained in Five Element Acupuncture, which focuses on treating the whole individual from an emotional-spiritual perspective. In my practice, I combine this approach with other therapies like bodywork, gentle trigger-point needling, and herbs to provide maximum relief from physical ailments. Read more
