I was not able to return the dress I bought at the store and was told that as per the store return policy no refunds are made. Instead, I was given a paper receipt which is the only confirmation of my "store credit". I was told I have 6 months to choose something from the store. If I do not use the "store credit" the $$ expires.

When I asked why store personnel never mentioned this rule when I was buying the dress I was told that it is store policy ( they were trained) not to tell this to customers. There is a tiny, hardly readable note on the table close to the cashier informing you about it.

I am very dissappointed. I do not think it is fair, not to inform customers about this rule.
