I would like to say that your customer service is terrible. My 80 year old mother tried to return a T-shirt she had bought for her grandson that was too small. The quality of the T-shirt does not stand up to the standards of Marks clothing and had shrunk and twisted after cleaning, while all the other T-shirts that we’re bought that day had stood up after a wash. There is no need to berate and talk down to a senior who was hoping her complaint would be heard and possibly refunded. She was was talked to very rudely and made to feel terrible and ridiculous that she would try to return such an item. I’m very disappointed in this treatment and will not buy any clothing for my family at this store.
