To expensive, rarely open. I try to support local businesses, especially during this time. They just refused to do an exchange on a 40 $ defective hose. I spent easily 2500$ there in the past 6 months, and they did not provide the customer service you would expect from a local hardware store. I'd advise everyone to shop at Canac instead. Prices are far more competitive. It's sad that small businesses don't support or trust the community they way they used to. I expect they won't be around for that much longer.

It's fine if you manage to arrive when it's open. Not open on weekends, or during lunch hours. Suggests that it's meant for contractors. I miss Home Hardware.
