I had an order delivered that included stair treads.

Out of 5 treads, 3 are split along their entire length... The stringers I ordered were for 12-inch treads... and the seats were 10 inches (the invoice says 12 inches). On the phone, they told us that's what they have in stock and that either way, it's the same price!?
The delivery driver was courteous but unloaded alone!

A hardware store where you can find just about everything you need. The employee prepared my paint professionally and cheerfully. The prices are reasonable, and key cutting is even cheaper than at a big-box store in Laval.

Courteous, the welcome was very kind, even though I'm a woman, I was served with courtesy. I wasn't treated like some little old lady. Thank you.

The wood quality isn't great; I wouldn't even call it a D. Things are often missing... we order them and they don't arrive. The staff is friendly.
