Like the first comment above I had the exact same experience, two very rude ladies I thought the first time was maybe an off day tried one more time (consigned clothes) this time when I picked up only one lady working she snapped at me twice, gave me my money and on the way out made a extremely rude comment to me about my baby!! completely out of the blue there was no reason for it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES.
This was the 99th street 38th ave location

I consigned twice there because I thought that perhaps it was just that ONE time that the people were a bit off. They forgot to give me my money the first time and when I stood there and said, "oh, I think you forgot to give me the cash for my items you sold." she said she had given it to me and I actually had to prove to her that she didn't! I brought stuff there early this summer too good stuff rock and republic jeans etc. and the ladies were so rude to me I couldn't believe it. On lady asked me if I'd buy my stuff? It wasn't worn or anything. It's super cluttered and the peoples attitudes are just awful.

I went here looking for my Grad Dress and i found it there! i found that my dress was very well priced...only worn once by a model and then given there! although it was overwhelming to see two levels of clothes...the ladies there were very nice and eager to help.

Now that i have gone to quite a few consignment/etc. stores i find that one more high end modern clothes, not necessarily as vintage.
