My journey into medicine was fueled by the desire to directly impact patients' lives. Specializing in gastrointestinal (GI) medicine allows me to address issues that can have a large impact on a person's day-to-day life. Patients find reassurance that there is a plan in place. I'm here to support them and they have someone to reach out to. When I can see an improvement in a patient's quality of life and prevent a bad outcome, that feels rewarding to me. I enjoy being able to diagnose problems, offer solutions, and witness tangible improvement.
