Had a poor customer service experience today. I simply called to get an update on the worker that’s been dispatched to fix something in my condo. The lady , Lori , was extremely passive aggressive, not trying to be understanding of what I was ansking and ultimately just plain rude. I did not appreciate the interaction and ultimately left a bad taste in my mouth. Only giving a star because the gentleman that came to my place to do the work was quick , pleasant, and mannerable.

The absolute best Turkish Restaurant in San Antonio....I cant say thank you enough for bring healthy delicious dishes to San Antonio. From the very beginning when we walked into Selba’s showroom and met Paula I knew I was making the right choice. Paula was extremely helpful through the design and selection process. The cabinets were delivered on time and their installers are the best! Even when some of the renovation did not go as planned, Selba was patient and accommodating to ensure we were pleased with the final design. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We added a new kitchen as part of a home addition project. Our builder connected us with Sue Peccia, who worked with us to design the kitchen. Working with the architect's plans, she designed a kitchen that is very attractive, efficient, and useful. She helped us pick materials and finishes that work in our space, was responsive when we had questions, and when there was a minor challenge with one of our appliances, she helped me understand the issue and worked constructively to help fix it.

Our installer, Azad, was also terrific, very respectful of our property.

We are very pleased with the work from Selba.

We just had our new Master Bathroom vanity installed by Selba, it is beautiful. Installers took only 4 hours to put it in, very good workmanship, fit and finish, it all came together smoothly. Selba did our kitchen in 2020, we have been very pleased with their overall work and customer service.

We purchased and had our kitchen installed by Selba in May, 2024. the look and quality of our kitchen is second to none. Our journey started with Sue Peccia. The expertise and attention to detail and our needs was what Sold us on Selba. Selba's pricing was very competitive and fair. Our kitchen was installed by Vitali, their seasoned installer. His expertise and eye to detail ensured that our kitchen was installed professionally. A year has passed since the initial install and our kitchen looks as good as it did the day it was installed. We had an incident with another contractor that resulted in the damage to one of our kitchen gabels. No sooner had we notified Sue of what had transpired, she arranged for its immediate repair. We had also requested a minor change to one of our shelves. Jack Order, the plant supervisor arranged for the manufacturing of the additional piece we had requested and arranged for its immediate installation by Vitali. To say that Selba goes above and beyond in both the sale and maintenance of their kitchens would be an understatement. The professionalism that Sue, Vitali, and Jack have displayed over the past year is the reason why anyone looking for a upscale kitchen at a reasonable price should only consider Selba. The attention to customer service from the top upper management down cannot be understated. Selba is and example of a successful Canadian company that provides a quality product with the service to match.

I am a general contractor specializing in interior renovations and I have dealing with Selba Kitchens for approx 20 years now
They have manufactured and installed kitchens in my prvious house, my new house , and have installed kitchens in over 40 homes for my customers over the years .
The price, quality, workmanship, precise timing for delivery and installation, which is very important for me on a strict tight schedule have been great.
Paula Lolas , the kitchen designer I always work with, is amazing with design, innovative ideas for space, very intelligent at what she does, and always has great solutions for any problems that may arise during the demo process when we discover hidden plumbing or ducts . All of my customers thank me for introducing them to Paula and Selba Kitchens and I have never had a problem in all these years with them.
If there were any problems, I would not use them as I have worked very hard to establish a good reputation for my company Noble Enterprises, and all my suppliers, and trades are all top notch .
I work very well with Selba kitchens , as I perform the removal and disposal of the old kitchen, relocate any electrical, or plumbing, new floors, painting etc, then Selba kitchen schedules to come in immediately after my work so there is no delays, installs the kitchen, then I return to hookup the sink and dishwasher, appliances, hood fan, tile backsplash, install valance lighting etc , like a well oiled machine the timing between both of us for the customer is perfect to ensure a quick turn around for the customer with no delays to have the new kitchen in a timely fashion .
If there ever was a problem or defect which can happen with anyone , they have always fixed the problem no questions , so I am happy with the follow up customer service as well.
I would totally recommend Selba Kitchens to anyone and I only use them for my kitchens and custom bars for me and my customers

We began working with Susan, one of their talented kitchen designers. She took the time to assess our space and layout, providing the best design options for our floor plan. While we had a few ideas, what Susan did with the space was nothing short of incredible. Her attention to detail and ability to maximize the use of every inch of space made this renovation truly worth it.
Next, we moved on to the production phase, where Orde took over. Words can’t fully express his professionalism and commitment to ensuring everything was perfect. Orde was always on top of deadlines and consistently delivered beyond our expectations in terms of quality. Even when we had to make last-minute changes, he was accommodating and made sure we were completely satisfied.

We had custom closet cabinetry built in some tricky spots, and she utilized the space so efficiently. We also wanted to expand on some existing renovations, and she made sure everything blended seamlessly. Sue helped us renovate our beautiful 86-year-old house, preserving its history while giving it the fresh update it needed. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result!

STAY AWAY from Selba Kitchen !!! Worst customer service ever !!!
Totally agreed with other reviewers. Their cabinets are low quality, defectives, falling apart, popping out and peeling off. When you tried to ask for help, they are unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. As others said, once they got your money, they are done with you, don't even think they will help you with anything. Like others said, the woman at Concord location who answered call is very rude, bad attitude. She just tried to push back/reject all your phone call/concerns.
Kitchen cabinets is a big investment and it should be a long lasting items for a house, so anyone should spend the money wisely on a company that produce high quality items and provide good customer service. You will regret if you choose Selba Kitchen.

I was very impressed with the design process, but now I’ve had the kitchen for one year and the quality isn’t close to what I expected. Fingerprints leave permanent marks on the cabinets, one cabinet and one box has cracked, and no one will respond when looking for service. I had an expectation that custom cabinetry would be durable and it has been a huge disappointment. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

My old previous kitchen was built by Selba - 18 years ago. When I started to think about the kitchen renovation in august 2022, I visited many kitchen design/manufacture companies. And I think I made the smartest decision this time that I choose again Selba kitchen. Everything was very professional. It started from the design, when Paula Lolas implemented all my preferences into the design and the working drawings. It was a great pleasure to work with her. She is a very professional designer, with a lot of experience, very careful to details and customers. And plus very nice person. My special thanks I want to say to installer Vitaliy. His work was outstanding: very professional, very careful. I was very lucky that these two people were working on my kitchen project. I think all Selba's team deserves a lot of praise. Everything was smooth: time schedule, production, delivery, installation. The quality of cabinets and installation work are very high, everything is exactly as I wanted. Extremely concerned about the safety of cabinets. I purchased a new built home in 2020 and selba is the cabinet’s brand. Whenever I open the cabinet, it smells just awful. I have to hold my breath for the past 2 years whenever I open the cabinets. I purchased an air quality tester and everywhere else in my house is ok except for these cabinets. And it’s not just not okay, the machine just went out of the read whenever I put the machine in the cabinet!!!! Both Formaldehyde and VOC is out of the range showing 9999 the max number!!!! Will contact the Taron for this issue.

Based on a recommendation from our designer we selected Selba for our kitchen renovation; we are delighted we did. The entire process, from design, selection through to the install went extremely well. Importantly, the project was delivered on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the final product which far exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend Selba.

Renovated my kitchen with Selba and I am fully satisfied. Customer service is amazing, everyone was professional and treated me well. The receptionist was so lovely and cares a lot about her job. I would recommend Selba to anyone who needs a kitchen!

Professional, great quality, exceptional service from beginning to end. I would like to thank Sue from the design team for her expertise in design. A few things I would like to point out is the attention in customer service from when I visited the showroom to when they delivered my kitchen with great care in packaging and installation.
