Disgusting service. The first thing they do is put a $200 hold on your credit card in case “you” cancel. This is if they ever show up for an appointment in the first place. If you decide not to proceed with what they propose then you’re getting charged the $200 minimum. In other words they don’t come in and give you an estimate, they charge you $200 for that privilege. None of this matters because they did not show up for their appointment anyway. We had a 1-3pm appointment window and they simply did not show up. No call, no notification. I called them to find out what was going on and make sure they don’t steal my $200 for doing nothing. I was on hold for ten minutes only to be told the technician “had a problem with a belt and would come in several hours”. Needless to say I demanded they release my $200 credit card hold and then told them they are disgusting. Now I’m telling all of you the same thing. They are a disgusting company to deal with. So don’t. And if they post a reply to this don’t believe it. It will be public relations nonsense. They didn’t show up. Period. Doesn’t get worse than that.

Now under new management it is almost $3 per sqft. Those prices are out of this world! Had 2 6Ă—9 area rug that totaled over $300.
No discounts for contractors.
Wound not recommended.
You are better off using smaller carpet cleaning companies. Fair prices with the same quality results.
