Everytime I come here there is no resolution with issues for anything in relation to my account. And there is no direct number to contact for this facility, Xfinity definitely can afford a phone operator to direct people for account help .. and more staff for these phone communications.. the facility is nice and people are nice inside but what is a bunch of friendly faces if no account changes are made. I’m getting charged when an account is already inactive. 👀

Terek (how the name sounded) was an excellent customer service agent. He answered all our questions and broke down the Xfinity mobile options they had for my dad to transfer service from Verizon and change to a single line plan. He wasn't too pushy, and his suggestions were sound and helpful. I would recommend him to others. Even with a bunch of people on the waiting list, we were seen in a timely manner as a walk-in customer. Also, the newer store is really nice. More places to sit while you wait.

After a bad experience at another Xfinity location, we came here and had such a refreshing experience! The woman who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming! I do want to give recognition to the manager on duty who was very kind and helpful to us from the start! HUGE shoutout to Will and Robert for being absolutely amazing. Will was friendly, patient, and thorough, walked us through every step of upgrading our phone and cable plan, and took the time to answer every question. When he needed to assist another customer, he sent us to Robert, who was just as kind, welcoming, and helpful while assisting us with our watches. During this time- Will still popped over to make sure we were enjoying our experience (and trust me it was great!!) Both Will and Robert made everything feel easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We even enjoyed some small talk along the way and left feeling informed and taken care of. They truly went above and beyond—thank you, Will and Robert!

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, and every experience has been great. The staff at this Xfinity location are always friendly, respectful, professional, and very helpful.

Any time I have questions or need assistance, they take the time to explain everything clearly and make the process easy. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent customer service these days.
