Signed a contract with Carshacks in June 2014, No Garage, I have filed a complaint with the "BBB". No response. They will not pick-up and answer the phone. I sent a registered letter in order to get my deposit back, no response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!!!!

Late, Lies and Lousy customer service. That about sums things up. Promised our garage in 5 weeks and should have been in it in the Fall of 2015. We are now into January of 2015. You decide whether an honest sales staff and company could have made such an error. Promise of 5 weeks, months late and still nothing. Go with another company. One that actually knows how to build a garage.

Absolutely brutal. The person who comes to your house is NOT a project manager, or a builder, or knows anything about the actual end product. They will promise you the moon to get a sale. They are really good at collecting money, and really bad at actually getting the work done. We were told 6 - 8 weeks. They didn't even show up for 5 months, after taking our money. 14 months later, we get the keys.

Signed contract promised garage in 6-8 weeks...easy right. WRONG.
12 weeks came and went..... now 16 weeks almost and guess what ... NO GARAGE !
Don't believe anything they say. Learning the hard way.

Signed the contract to get a simple garage built and 7 months
later it is still not done. They do have the staff to collect the money from you.....right to the minute actually.
If they ran the building of the struture as good as they do their finance collecting department, they would have a great scoring.
You actually have to deliver a final product in a timely manner
to get a good rating........don't you think!!!
