Very personable and professional. Sales person tried to talk us out of having an inspector for the pre-drywall inspection, but so glad we did because they found things we would not have noticed. I felt that they were very detailed as if they were inspecting their own house.

I had an offer accepted on a home in Shelbyville and had scheduled a home inspection on the Monday after the large snowstorm in January 2026. I was expecting a reschedule from Brian (which I would have totally understood) but he managed to get to the home in tough conditions and performed the inspection. He did a very thorough job and I had the inspection report right away. He observed things that helped us get credit towards to the closing costs and I highly recommend his services. Thank you, Brian!
