Polite and professional. Jason Risher did a great job and provided an easy to understand re ire of his findings with no added pressure to buy something else. He totally debunked an earlier inspection/tune up we had before summer and found nothing to support their claim of faulty equipment. Will definitely use Lakeside again!

Joshua was our tech today with lakeside heating and air. Joshua introduced himself apron arrival was very professional and considerate of the situation we have going on . He was very knowledgeable of the unit we have and went over all the testing he did and the numbers he found so we are very satisfied with his service. Also the office was very nice and professional when we call to get set up on the service plan went over all the options we had so wanted to give them a shout out as well thanks and see you in the fall for the winter check up 👍👍👍

Easy to schedule and pleasant todeal with. Very responsive. Able to fix my AC quickly. High cost of service, but I recieved top quality. Not sure if other larger companies are any cheaper as prices keep going up.
Repair tech very nice to deal with. Knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.

Five stars all the way! Jason was both friendly and highly knowledgeable, going completely above and beyond my expectations. It was a great overall experience, and I will definitely be using this HVAC company again in the future.

Today’s a/c maintenance visit went great. My service tech Casey B. arrived on time, plus Lakeside notified me when he was on his way. Casey was very thorough in checking both the upstairs and downstairs systems, outside units and condensation lines. He also brought replacement filters. He was both professional and personable, a great representative for Lakeside heating and ac.
