Salesman was so rude. He kept all of my extra cords and said I would only throw them out. His cashier code is FR9. Avoid him if you can. Terrible customer service.

The salesman Lamont was very kind nd helpful all around the board , he helped me with my bill and phone an issue I couldn’t resolve for months , this location is well recommended .

Disappointed. I used PTO so I could get a new phone, my current phone was damaged while working. I showed up to this store at 750 to find the doors were locked. I was let in, but HEAVILY encouraged to come back tomorrow. I have 2 kids, a disabled wife, & 2 jobs. It took a lot for me to get to the store. I understand it was 10min until closing, but it’s poor business & customer service to send customers away. Was gonna give 2 stars, but considering I lost PTO hours today, will have to use more PTO tomorrow, & the staff confirmed they had the phone in house.. This store gets 1 star.

Customer service tried to take advantage of my fiancee. Because I was getting lunch at a store next door. They tried to scheme her by telling her to pay for the old phone and you get the new phone free. Only to her pay for all existing phones on her account. Then have her pay in full for a new phone.

Tha fully my credit card caught the deception. Now they are looking at credit card fraud because I didnt authorize all these charges!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the Xfinity internet service I have received over the past three years. The service is consistently unreliable, with frequent outages occurring at least once a week, severely impacting my ability to work from home and meet deadlines.

Despite my extensive efforts to resolve these issues—including over 100 complaints, six modem replacements, and multiple visits from technicians—the problems persist without a lasting solution. The most frustrating aspect of this experience is the lack of meaningful support from customer service. After so many complaints, I am still directed to perform the same basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the modem, rather than having agents investigate my history or escalate the issue.

It is unacceptable that I continue to be charged for a service that is fundamentally broken. Furthermore, I am deeply frustrated that my property does not allow other internet providers. If Xfinity is unable to provide a reliable service, they should not prevent residents from seeking alternatives.

Please no need to reply on this review. Because i have complained two time over there. Still no solution.
