In our wildest dreams, we couldn't possibly fathom the monumental amount of information pertaining to our intended home purchase that AccSpec uncovered through their intense personal inspection of the property.

What AccSpec provided in minute detail is mind boggling! Not only was the 67 page report extremely detailed, but the additional disc of helpful files and all original photos, including areas remote from our view, provided all the facts from their experienced point of view so we could comfortably make the right decision to proceed with our purchase.

An excellent choice!!
