Had polyb piping throughout the house and an old leakly moldy shower. Adam and Troy did an an excellent job replacing not only all of it, but made small adjustments and additions to improve my whole system. They kept me very informed throughout all the work that was being done.

Went through all our options and we didn’t feel forced to make a decision same day, they offered financing as well.
Install was great, my fiancé works nights and was able to still sleep during while they were working. They knew their timing well for him to wake up to do the walk through. Everything has been working great and it’s a weight off our shoulders to know that they’re there for us if anything happens.

Troy Provencher came and hooked up all of our newly renovated kitchen. Included sink, facet, garburator and garburator switch. He was willing to have me watch and explained various installations. Tight and neat under sink cabinet leaving more room than I e seen in other installations. Great guy! I would recommend his and Charlton & Hill services.

Ryan came fast and did all the job for only 2 hrs,, they even checked my furnace if got soaked with water from the damage of the tank that leaked.. Ryan was very pleasant and professional. He discussed to me options to choose from and get some opinion from him as well.Never get wrong for choosing charlton and hill

The experience was great, Barry was very knowledgeable and well prepared to diagnose the problem. He done all tests, keeping me informed, and concluded the furnace electronics was fine. Barry retreated the filter, I had removed the day before, and told me that the filter was the problem. He replaced it and all was well. Barry was very professional.
The charge included the new filter and the service call. The service was excellent and the bill very reasonable. All & all a very good experience from an honest technician and business .
Turns out, the next’s day, my furnace stop working. I called Charlton & Hill Home Services to have a technician come back to fix it. I made the point that I was not spending an other night freezing again.
It took a while before they sent someone. Later that day, a younger tech. arrived and examined and ran checks on the electronic board and concluded the board was the problem.
He replaced the board and all is well now.
It cost me a fair chunk of $ but he didn’t charge me for the cost of visit…
ALL & ALL, GOOD SERVICE AND FAIR PRICES.
