DOT/ FAA, FMCSA, FTA drug and alcohol testing and program management consortium is at the forefront of our services. O.M. Management was born out of Physicians Health Center’s drug testing program. Physicians Health Center (PHC) started with drug testing at its inception in the early 1980s. To meet regulatory guidelines, FP&L’s Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant’s administrators asked PHC to oversee their drug and alcohol program. In 1995, when the State of Florida began requiring Medical Review Officers to take an MRO certification course, O.M. Management was formed to meet the increasing demands of drug testing services and compliance, across the Drug Program Management landscape. Read more
