Unfortunately the crack started to leak again only a few years after injection. The crack hasn't opened up at all and hasn't extended any further down but it leaks water from the lowest 12". Sure Seal offers a 5 year warranty for typical clients but since mine was done through the home builder they only offer a 1 year warranty. Maybe this is a rare occurence but I felt the need to share my experience. I would use caution finishing basements following injection as this is clearly not a perfect solution. Fortunately my basement is unfinished, otherwise this could've very easily resulted in a more costly repair.
