They installed my shutters and once completed there were a few issues with one of the doors. I was told by the installer that I needed to slam the section shut....was unacceptable to me. Called the owner and asked him to come and look at it and he removed the door and told me he would have it remade....it's now been over a month and half and no one has called me and I am the one following up. Lucky for me I only gave them a small deposit...looks like they won;t get paid until the job is done correctly!
