I regularly come here as it's across the street and very convenient. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. One of their lead pharmacists, Stacy, has been taking care of me and advocating for my health. Today she went way above and beyond, spending a good 15 minutes with me, asking me health questions and going into detail what I need to do, essentially ensuring that I had a full, actionable plan. She reaches in and makes clear improvements in areas my family doctor may have missed. I've rarely come across someone who cared so much about my well being and I'm inspired by it. I feel supported and cared for and this should be a 10 out of 5 review.

Stacey (sp?) is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough and helpful pharmacists I’ve ever had. And she actually cares and pays attention to the medication I’m on and how it works for me.
The whole team there are welcoming and supportive, and on top of their game.
I am very appreciative of them.
They also deliver for free 👍
Would recommend without a beat.

Can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. The main pharmacist there is incredible. She is so personable and really takes the time to help you. It’s also never too busy. Very grateful for this community pharmacy!

I wanted to write because of the extraordinary care your staff, in particular Stacey, provide to their customers at Bowness Medicine Shoppe.

Originally, I chose to move my prescription from Shoppers Drug Mart to literally anywhere else because I am not a fan of the Loblaws Corporation and actively boycotting their stores. It was a conscientious choice. I chose this location of Medicine Shoppe because it’s close to where I live. It's also the first time I've ever been to one of your locations.

Every single time I have had to pickup, be prescribed, review medication, or ask questions, all of your staff, I am always treated with the utmost in professionalism, respect and care. Stacey and her staff definitely go the extra mile- something that is a dying art in healthcare these days. She even took the time to call my dentist and get a different antibiotic for the symptoms I was experiencing of an infected tooth. This was because I presented with a spotted neck and throat, and slightly swollen. This is someone who cares about their patients, cares about their job, and cares about medicine and health. Stacey also put my mind at ease about another drug I asked about after one of my friends passed away from complications from the version she had been on.

Stacey’s lovely South African accent is just icing on the cake! I am so glad Alberta is blessed with new Canadians like Stacey who truly excel at their jobs. I must also comment about the other ladies working in the back pharmacy, as well as the cashier at the front. Always a smile, never too busy to help, and it’s enough of a pleasant interaction each time that this time I vowed I must write a review!

Do not hesitate to move your prescriptions to this pharmacy if you want the peace of mind about your health that only truly competent staff can provide. I host a number of Ukrainian refugees and I am steering them to this pharmacy as well. Spread the word! 😁

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. I switched from Shoppers Drug Mart to The Medicine Shoppe. I decided when I learned The Medicine Shoppe have many clients from my Cree Nation and are very familiar in processing our prescriptions. Stacey is a wonderful person and Pharmacist. She supported me in quitting smoking cigarettes by being available and compassionate. Lots of free parking spots outside, fast service from drop off to pick up and very welcoming.
