Awful customer service honestly.
I bought a Ben and Jerry’s icecream and when I got home not long after I realized the whole thing had gone bad, it tasted like rotten milk.
When I went back roughly 20 minutes after I bought it, to ask for my money back they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t past the expiration date, they also didn’t try to replace it.

I have been coming to this gas station from past 8 years cause I live close by. Their gas prices were used to be lower comparing to other gas station in area. Coming from middle class, it was affordable. Yes, I know that gas prices in general are high but OMG this gas station now have the higher prices which is very upsetting for the neighbourhood cause we used to relay on this gas station. I gave 2 star just for the customer service cause staff is very nice and very attentive. I hope that pioneer management will work on their prices and please answer why are your prices are higher than other gas station ????

MOST expensive Pioneer Gas by far . I would recommend avoiding this location should you need anything other than gas. Everything else in the store is significantly overpriced by comparison

it’s a reliable, straightforward stop for refueling. The lot is easy to access from Keele, with enough room to move between pumps without feeling cramped. Pay-at-the-pump works well, and transactions are quick. The small convenience store carries the basics — snacks, drinks, and car essentials — and is kept clean. Gas prices here are often a bit lower than nearby stations, which makes it a good option if you’re watching for value. The staff have always been friendly and efficient, keeping service smooth even during busy times. It’s not fancy, but it’s dependable and easy to use — exactly what you want in a local gas station.
