I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Regi Maxi at Bristol Toyota. From the very beginning, Regi was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale.

I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake.

Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want. He kept me updated, searched incoming inventory, and ultimately found the exact configuration I was looking for.

That experience really says everything about the kind of salesperson Regi is. He listened, he followed through, and he cared about making sure I was happy with the vehicle I would be driving for years to come.

He was also incredibly transparent throughout the pricing and negotiation process. I never felt pressured to come into the dealership just to talk numbers, and he was willing to work with me over the phone and email. He honored the discount and trade-in value he had promised and made the entire process feel straightforward and comfortable.

I also want to mention how much I appreciated the overall experience at Bristol Toyota. Buying a car is a major purchase, and I had a lot of questions and a lot of moments where I second-guessed myself. Regi never made me feel like I was being difficult or wasting his time. He treated me with respect every step of the way.

I ultimately drove home in the exact Grand Highlander I had hoped for, and I am absolutely thrilled with it.

Sales department will try their best to get the most of your money(high monthly payment) so I suggest that you stick with your budget. Salesman seemed to be a rookie and think that could outsmart me with the numbers. Sales manager came and talked to me to give me a deal. More training is needed and communication needs improvement also. I waited for nearly three hours if I didn’t asked what’s going on I could be waiting for another hour or so. The paint wasn’t available for my car (chipped) nobody came to me and talked to me to informed me about it. Like I like wasting time.

Additionally, I came for a service and without checking what car I have brought in. I almost got charged wrongly. Be sure you let them know what car you have before service because it could happened to you.

Top notch. JD and Matt were friendly, helpful and informative. I was very impressed with how JD handled everything with grace. If he didn't have an immediate answer he found one. I brought a negotiator with me. I imagine that no salesperson like to see that coming. But JD was.very professional and still smiling. So I bought the car!

We had an excellent experience at Toyota of Bristol, and I highly recommend asking for Jared if you're looking for a vehicle. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. The entire team at Toyota of Bristol was friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was top-notch. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jared made it an enjoyable experience. Blake and Paul went out of their way to get me the truck I wanted. From placing the request with Toyota, to updating me from start to finish as the truck was produced and then shipped to the dealership.
It doesn’t end there. They then introduced me to the finance department and my transaction went with out any issues.
I would highly recommend Bristol Toyota to my family and friends.
