I was at Il Postino last night with 5 other people and while the food was good the service was definitely under-par. I have been to Il Postino before and everything was great. It seemed to me they where under-staffed last night. We had to ask for things more than once and even then it was a challenge. Hopefully this was just a one time thing!
Pros:
- Good food
- Good wine
- Nice patio

Cons:
- Extremely slow service
- Seemed under-staffed
- Messed up one order and never apologized

Every time I go to this restaurant the service and food are top notch. Erin the manager is very nice and I enjoy seeing her when I arrive. The owners are wonderful people and make my meal there a great experience. You will not be disappointed going to this fabulous restaurant. Mike Cartwright Newmarket
