I want to share my experience with Stanton Optical because sometimes it is important to recognize people who truly go above and beyond to make things right.

My original experience was at the Monroe Street location in Toledo, and unfortunately, I left feeling very frustrated and disappointed. However, my entire experience was completely turned around after Brittany, the Store Manager from the Holland branch, personally contacted me and took the time to listen to my concerns.

Brittany was incredibly kind, professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation. She went above and beyond to help me, and today she assisted me in ordering two sets of eyeglasses at no additional cost. I am now extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome!

What really impressed me was that Brittany did not have to ignore the situation simply because my original experience happened at another location. Instead, she took ownership, treated me with kindness and respect, and made sure that I was taken care of. That level of customer service says a lot about her as a manager and about the Holland branch.

She completely changed my opinion and turned what started as a very disappointing experience into a genuinely positive one. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care she put into helping me.

Thank you so much, Brittany, for going above and beyond! Your excellent customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference. I am very grateful and extremely happy with my two sets of eyeglasses.

I definitely want to give Brittany and the Holland Stanton Optical branch the recognition they deserve for the way they handled everything. Brittany truly turned my whole experience around, and I sincerely appreciate everything she did for me!

Edit: it’s extremely upsetting and messed up they found this review. Went through my medical documents to find a matching name. Took the phone number off that account and called me over this review.
That’s seems very illegal !!

This place feels off….
I don’t think I ever received my test results fro eye exam, and I never saw/ meet a doctor. Just the assistants and one “nurse”.
I’m not a huge big fan of staff using their phones during my exam with my files open on the computer. I guess I can understand wanting to play/text on the phone while at work.
They also gave me anti-glare lenses that were not beneficial to me. They did have a deep scratch so I Had to get new lenses and I still feel like my vision is off. I asked them when picking up my new lenses how my vision was after testing and was told “you got that when you got your glasses, whatever it was it’s 20/20 now”.
Again, still feel like my vision is off. I had astigmatism my entire life. Notning was brought up in-regards to that.
I don’t think I will be going back.

Let me start by giving the HUGEST shout out to Miss Ashley!!! Talk about customer service the way it should be, she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! From start to finish, she took the time to explain and accommodate my asks. I brought my own frames today and she was able to apply their standard every day BOGO OFFER to my own frames and for two pairs of anti-glare glasses I paid $99.00 out the door! No one will beat that price! period! Coupled with Ashley’s expertise and amazing customer service, well you have just gotten a customer for life! Thank you so much Ashley and Stanton Optical!!! I will definitely be back again and also send more customers your way!!!

Everyone I have encountered at this location has been friendly and helpful. They have an adequate selection of glasses for their $79 for two pair deal. I was able to find two frames that I liked rather quickly, with no problem. They do seem to suffer from some computer glitches though. When I tried to supply my e-mail address, their system wouldn't accept it. Even with that issue, it was easy to book an eye exam appointment online and when I arrived for my eye exam everything went smoothly. They also accept walk in appointments. Overall, if anyone were to ask for a good place to get an eye exam and glasses, I would suggest Stanton Optical.
