I came as a walk in and I didn’t tour any apartments but I just wanted to get an idea of how the property looked it was really clean and Alondra gave me a lot of information I’m not ready to move yet but I was driving by and the property seems really well kept

Our stay here over the past two years was alright overall, but the lack of security has been a major concern. There are no security cameras around the parking Iot, and because of this my bike has been stolen twice. On one occasion, the tires were taken, and the seat was also stoIen.

These incidents have made me feeI unsafe in the neighborhood, especially knowing that there are limited security measures in place. I really wish management would take these concerns seriously and consider installing cameras or impIementing other security measures to help prevent theft and make residents feel safer.

We recently had the crew come out to replace our patio fence at Regency Palms Apartments, and they did an outstanding job. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They completed the project much faster than we expected without sacrificing quality. Their workmanship was excellent, and they left the area spotless when they were done. It’s refreshing to see a crew that takes such pride in their work and treats the property with respect. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We really enjoyed living in this apartment complex. It feels safe and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient close to grocery stores and the post office
, which makes day-to-day errands really easy.
I also want to give a special shoutout to one staff member Ms.Alondra Santos, who has consistently been amazing. She’s always there to address any concerns and responds quickly and appropriately every time. That kind of reliability really makes a difference.
Overall, it’s been a positive living experience and I appreciate the care that goes into the community here.

I've been living here in the Regency palms Apartments since 2023 and when they where acquired by another company in 2024 , the new property mgmt really put a concerted effort in taking care of the property and the tenants as well. I'm very pleased with the management how they our very professional, caring, and attentive. Erica and Vanessa the managers went out of their way to help me and retain me as a tenant, that is priceless . The rest of the staff our very congenial, professional, and they our very diligent workers. The maintenance worker Chelsey was very prompt in helping replace my defective appliances in my residence and she seemed very happy and content with her job. Over-all I give Regency palms Apartments an A+ , it was like the Residential property management put a major metamorphosis into this residential property.
