My husband and I went to Sotto Sotts last night for our wedding anniversary. It was amazing. We were escorted to our seats within five minutes to the back room which was very private and romantic at a table for two. The servioe was excellent and the food equally as good. Despite how packed the restuarant was, the staff were all very attentive and pleasant and worked with such speed. We were treated equally as special as the celebrities that dine there all week and would recommend it very highly. Valet parking is a bonus as it is a very busy area.

I've been to Sotto Sotto a couple of times.

The first time we went, I felt the food was good, albeit a bit pricey.

However, I wasn't impressed by the service at all. To me, the staff are so accustomed to having celebrities stop by, that if you're not a celebrity or a regular, you're treated rather casually.

Have you seen their walls? It's just endless framed pictures of celebrities who have dined there. That's cool and everything, but I'm a paying customer too. (I bet they comp. these celebs their meals anyway...)

I didn't plan on returning, but I was going out with someone new and and she really wanted to try it out. I thought, why not, so I made reservations and took her there.

Same thing. We were treated like afterthoughts.

I was taken to Sotto Sotto for my birthday by my boyfriend who had just returned from Afganistan with the Canadian Army.
From the moment we walk through the door and down the stairs the romance began. The staff there is amazing and so attentive. We were taken to our seats in the back room with a beautiful table for two awaited us. The abiance was perfect,as was the food. It made a very special nite for us PERFECT.

Went with a few couples. Can't figure out what all the hype is about. Food was nothing special- standard fare. It was extremely dark lighting. Had to use cell phone light to illuminate the menu! When we left at 10:30 there was a long line of patrons waiting to have dinner. The first in line said they had a 9pm reservation - and still waited for 1 1/2 hours! I guess they had never tried the food! The place has a reputation for attracting celebrities. I don't know why they like it, but that must be the reason for it's popularity.
