Called him for a quote and he gave various options including some that didn't involve his services at all. He came across as honest and looking to solve problems rather than sell you on things you don't need.

Had a sump pump that was deteriorating. Ashworth came in and replaced it. Their price was fair and reasonable. They also went out of their way to make sure that it was working properly. Thanks so much Dan and Carlos. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone !

Rick came by to check out the water that was coming into our basement and give us a quote. He very quickly determined the water was coming in through the chimney and said "you need a chimney guy". He refused to take any money for the inspection and diagnostic, and gave us the contact info of a reputable chimney repair person. What an absolute sweet heart. We will definitely call Ashworth back if we need any help with basement waterproofing. Thanks Rick!

I recently experienced significant water leakage into my basement after a heavy rainfall. A drainage company recommended by my insurance company did an inspection and proposed an expensive project. So I called Ashworth Drainage for a second opinion. Rick came the next day, assessed the situation and recommended a solution that was both more effective and far less expensive. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. He was honest and didn't try to upsell me. If you have a similar challenge, I'd recommend Ashworth for their professionalism, experience and integrity.
