Faulty pumping equipment and therefore a very unsafe place to pump gas. I finished pumping gas and attempted to press the handle and shut off the stream, except it was broken. Gasoline spayed everywhere, including all over me. I sustained chemical burns over part of my torso from this event.

Absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service with dismissive attitudes. And clearly were not trained to handle issues without waiting on a call back from management. I will never do business with Circle K again. For now on its Speedway or Getgo.

Very mean and usually rushing people at the cash register. Will even go out of there way to bully homeless looking people who have money and always pay on there own without begging others to pay for them to embarrass them and curse at them and falsly acuse them of stealing and being homeless. I know because I am one of these people and I feel uncomfortable posting under my government name now. I do not drive and I like to go for walks near the park on a regular basis and now I have to go out of my way to go to the next nearest cirlce k because I really enjoy shopping at circle k. I was recently screamed at by the same big employee because they said I annoy them everytime I try to shop and that person is working but that isnt the only employee there who has been unfair to me and others. I really feel like they pick at me because I am smaller than them and maybe they find it easy to take stress out on me. I am usually confident and try to stand my ground so I do not appear tjat way and I take a long time to pay for my items. Anyways I hope this helps.

I currently reside in Tampa. When I come to Ohio I will get my gas at this location.
I received excellent customer service from Amy/Manager and James.
I spoke with Amy regarding a transaction that wasn’t reversed back to my account.
She was amazing as she informed me that she would leave a gift card with the cashier.
Today Fran provided me with step by step instructions with using their mobile app and loading Circle K card. She proceeded to let me know that this would be the process of me receiving my savings when I return to Florida. She did apologize to the other customers for the extended wait and her
co-worker opened her register immediately to assist. Amazing team work and kindness I must say was very much appreciated.
