I always stop and refuel here. Refuel to me is more than gas . They have al you need in the line of food , drinks , gas , pick you up daily items to keep your day flowing . Thanks

Long-time hater, first-time reviewer. Over my time living in Madison, I have learned to only use this gas station for emergency stops. Every single time I have had to stop for gas, multiple pumps are malfunctioning, and the ones that do work pump at the slowest pace known to mankind. My latest experience: I waited in line 10 minutes for a pump, entered my card, and the screen said to begin fueling, but the pump did not work at all. So I tried again, rinse, repeat, same thing. Then, because this useless fuel stop took 20 minutes of my morning that I'll never get back, my daughter tells me she has to use the bathroom. I took her inside, and the restrooms were disgusting and unusable. Long story short, do not waste your time here. Drive further into Madison and save yourself years of your life with less stress, and adequate gas pumps.

Bald white guy with the black glasses is extremely strange. He’s sitting behind an open register that someone just used, we placed our items down, he doesn’t say anything for a minute. Finally he says, “can I help you?”. Like geez, idk dude maybe checkout my items??? He wanted me to use the silly self scan machine. I use it, it rings up the wrong items, he ignores us, and when I finally get his attention, he just shrugs and says, “It’s the same price anyway.”

Standard convenience store with a subway attached. Drink area was mostly clean. Bathrooms were just ok.

Tonight was the worst service I have ever had here. And I stop here at least every other day. Some weeks everyday even multiple times a day. Ist I couldn't get gas and even if I did I wouldn't have been able to get a receipt due to the fact that you could not purchase gas at the "SMART" Checkout. And the young lady behind the register told me she couldn't even open the Main register that a "Person" runs. I was told this when I was trying to make a purchase of some items with a form of payment that you also can't use at the "SMART" Register. I have never had the issues i have had tonight at any other night I have been here. If I come back and see the same person working. I'm not even going to bother and I will just leave. And I drive a tow truck so I get fuel everyday and at times several times a day so I will not bother wasting my time with that "employee". The only reason it didn't get 1 star is because the other Graveyard Shift workers are great
