The staff in the afternoons are always awesome and friendly and try to be as fast as they can considering they havent got nearly as many people as the daytime, and more work to do i think

My girlfriend and i have been buying coffee and food from Stone Road Tim Hortons for a few years now every weekday morning.
The comimg drive thru is a nightmare as far as we are concerned.
Not only do we not use drive thrus which are a waste of gas and pollute the air, the sitdown portion will probably be reduced too.
Parking will be less and the whole thing will now be a disgrace to the environment. Most likely we will start taking our business elswhere. Too bad, the employees we dealt with were amazing.

Well if I am always disappointed why would I go...well this is the last time as prices are always changing, the order is always wrong, constantly asked to repeat myself, the overnight staff work the cash in the mornings and they have no clue. I'm sorry people but it's COFFEE!!!

You advertise specials but then don't honor them.

I get there about 6am and there is a line up. How is this to be. If you know this is your busy period why not have more staff on. This is clearly an example of how not to run a business.

I gave 1/2 a star because it was mandatory only!
