She then headed for sunnier climates, moving to Farmington, New Mexico where she worked in a community health center, opened a private practice and took on the job of Medical Director for Northwest New Mexico Hospice. Dr. Mitchell?s passions are hands-on osteopathic manipulation, palliative and end-of-life care, and non-diet weight management.
