I visited the ALDO store at Eaton Centre in Montreal today and had a nice experience.
The store has a great selection, and the sales associate, Isabelle, was incredibly kind and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions, checked the prices and availability of several options, and helped me compare different bags.
I was shopping for a gift for a friend, and Isabelle made the decision much easier by offering thoughtful suggestions without making me feel rushed.
Overall, a lovely shopping experience! I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I really enjoyed my experience today at Aldo due to Isabelle's help. She listened to the description of the heels I wanted and she found me the ideal one! She helped me find a matching bag as well. She was extremely friendly and patient. Merci Isabelle 💜

I had a fantastic experience at this Aldo location thanks to Alexia. She was incredibly patient and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. We experimented with a few different combinations of insoles and butterfly heel grips until we found the perfect fit. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring a customer walks out with the right pair. Highly recommend asking for her if you need expert help!

Alexia provided amazing service last Wednesday. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she really knows what she’s doing. She was confident, helpful, and answered all of our questions with ease, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The store itself was also very clean and well organized, which made it even nicer to shop in. Alexia helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and I’m really satisfied with the shoes I got. On top of that, her attitude was friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. Overall, Alexia is amazing at what she does, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
