Terrible customer service. We told the sales rep when we signed up that we were a small office with limited volume and were assured that it wouldn't be a problem. We used to receive a call every Friday from one of their customer service reps asking if we needed to place an order, and all of a sudden last fall the calls stopped. When they eventually realized they had forgotten to call us for MONTHS they decided that "our volume was not enough to maintain the machine" and they would "be by tomorrow to pick it up." The woman I spoke to explained that it's because the person who used to make the calls was no longer with the company, and instead of trying to reconnect and take our money they decided to cancel our service. Guess they're busy enough they don't need our money!

One would think that because they're a small business they would appreciate that other small businesses would prefer to get their supplies from someone local, but save yourself the trouble - Buy a coffee maker and let these greedy fools fail.
