I am writing because I have become concern regarding a recurring issue my husband and I have experienced at your State Employees Bank branch (NC 42 location). On four separate occasions, we have been denied the ability to cash a check, and have to drive across town to the other location in Wilson, which is causing significant inconvenience. We expect reliable service from your institution, and this ongoing problem is concerning. At this point we are considering escalate the matter to a consumer protection agency, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). I am high dissatisfied with the service and this branch.

I barley come this bank. When I do the time it takes on the drive thru you’re better off going in or to another location. I can be in the drive thru with other cars and I’ll be the last car to leave. Why is that? Nobody should be in the drive thru for over 15 mins. When did they become so slow? It’s never any cars there so why is the wait so long. Especially when you already have the slip in hand. Customer Service needs to approve for the better. Updating everything else besides the workers is insane.

This location is horrible with keeping their ATM’s in service. Don’t waste your time. At least 80% of the time it’s out of service.

i came in there on a friday and deposit my bank and wanted to split it up and even gave the lady some cash to and all she did was put 200 in my saving and didn’t even put the rest of the money in my account. she should be over 49$ when she closed out her register. she basically stole my money. best believe i will get my money back and will not being coming back to this location.
