these people are thieves.....after an "estimate" of 200$ for an espresso machine repair....i was charged 407$ .....and made the mistake of paying it..after 6 months the "new" boiler stopped working...i was told that that was "too bad"....and was all but forcibly ejected from the store...`the proprietor , a mr. mike diDonato tried to tell me that my receipt was , quote"...that's not from here"....i have never felt more cheated...these people are PROFESSIONAL CROOKS!!!

I bought a one cup espresso machine for home use. It has broken 3 times in the past year. Each time I return it to Faema... they tell me it is my fault. "These machines are made to last for years"... "not our fault"... etc. The tone and the service of the owners is just shocking! I had not even made 100 espressos between breakdowns... Each time.. i have to schlep it back... it works for a while... then breaks. When I went back the THIRD time... the attitude from the owners made my blood boil. I STRONGLY RECOMMMEND CHOOSING ANOTHER PROVIDER OF ESPRESSO EQUIPMENT. They have no idea what they are doing over there...

My neighbour had essentially the same experience. And his machine was not cheap! They seem to have a terrible attitude.

Further to my above comment, my neighbour sued them in Small Claims Court. Fortunately he was successful.
