I am passionate about what we do and will go to great lengths to ensure that your experience exceeds your expectations. My culinary journey began 10 years prior to becoming a graduate of Johnson and Whales University in Rhode Island with additional advanced courses at the Culinary Institute of Hyde Park, New York. As a professional chef, I have remained at the forefront of the food service industry for the past 30 years. I have experience as an apprentice, working and learning with some of the best chefs in the industry at acclaimed restaurants, hotels and resorts around our country. I became a professional chef so people could experience fine quality foods, while incorporating a healthy approach using sustainable wholesome locally grown ingredients whenever possible.
